Art. 6 sec. 1c) GDPR: processing is necessary to fulfil legal obligations. 4. Art. 6 sec. 1f) GDPR: processing is necessary for purposes resulting from the legitimate interest of data analysis in order to match the offer. 5. Art. 6 sec. 1f) GDPR: processing is necessary for purposes: resulting from display of the Website on the User’s device, adapt the content of Website to user preferences and its continuous optimization, including the use of Google Analytics, as well as ensuring the continuity of the User's session. The recipients of the User’s personal data are suppliers of goods and services necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes and entities entrusted with the processing of the User's personal data by Administrator. With regard to the processing of the User’s personal data for statistical purposes, the recipient of his data is Google Inc. based in the USA.

Users has the right to change or withdrawal of the permission to the right of access to their content against (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal) - in the case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, and the right to access their content, as well as the right to correct, delete, limit processing and the right to object to processing. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
